Cam's Clues Winner
Thank you for everyone who participated in Cam's Clues. Using clues, students explored the Lory Student Center to discover what it has to offer. We’re excited to announce that Luke Wagener was the winner of the hunt. Luke won a $100 gift certificate to the CSU Bookstore.
LSC Student Fee Review Board Presentation
Every year the LSC presents to the Student Fee Review Board (SFRB) its request for student dollars. The SFRB is the student board that advises the University on the allocation student fees to CSU departments, programs, and operations. The student fees that the LSC receives goes directly back to students in the forms of facility improvements and student programming. Last year these fees made possible the remodel of Sweet Sinsations, purchase of new furnishings in the East Atrium, and creation of the new Student Organizations Suite. In addition ASAP presented over 50 programs and events which entertained 19,000+ students. This year the LSC is requesting an increase of 1.26%, or $1.20, per student per semester. With the additional fees the LSC plans to continue its path enhancing the facility and providing students outstanding events and programs. We welcome your feedback and invite you to review the 2009 SFRB Presentation.
