The Aspen Grille
The Aspen Grille is run and managed by students in the Restaurant & Resort Management program in partnership with the Lory Student Center. The grille prides itself on preparing and serving tasty salads, soups, and burgers featuring local products. They are open fall semester and ready to serve students, faculty, and staff Tuesday - Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Bagel Place 2 Returns
Bagel Place 2 is now open in its new location on the lower level of the new Transit Center area. Access to your morning bagel and coffee couldn't be easier! Yay!
