Campus Activities Staff

Lance Wright

The Director of Campus Activities. Lance provides support and leadership for the Campus Activities staff members and programs. Lance’s partner is DeeDee and he has a 7 year old son named Jared. He started working in Campus Activities on August 1 and has spent the last 6 years in several different positions in the Illini Union at the University of Illinois-Urbana. He received his Master’s degree from the SAHE program in 2001 and has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas.

Mary Branton-Housley

Assistant Director for Campus Activities, works primarily with ASAP, the CSU’s premier student programming board. Earning her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas, Mary came to CSU in 2003 to pursue her master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE). Mary has been in her current position for 3 years.

Dolan Doss

Dolan comes from Denver Colorado.  He came to the LSC 15 years ago and can often be seen at your door everyday delivering your mail.  Dolan works for the information desk in the LSC.  His passions include, waterskiing, jumping on trampolines, and attending concerts where the Grateful Dead and Willie Nelson perform.  Dolan is most excited about his engagement to his girlfriend, Hannah. 

Kevin Gin

Graduate Assistant advising ASAP. He is in his first year of the SAHE program.    He came to CSU from the San Francisco Bay Area where he has spent the past two years implementing senior year programming at the California Alumni Association and advising Blueprint, a social justice program through UC Berkeley's Office of Student Life. His undergraduate degree is from Berkeley, where he accumulated 4 years of experience working for both the Visitor Center and student programming board.

Vanita (Vani) Narayana

Assistant Director of Campus Activities. Vani works in collaboration with a variety of offices to plan and implement campus-wide events with a special emphasis on diversity programming. She began her work in Campus Activities on September 4th and has five years of experience in Multicultural Affairs at Carleton College and Colorado College and two years in Admissions at St. Olaf College. She received her Master of Arts degree in Leadership in Student Affairs from the University of St. Thomas in May of 2007. Her Bachelor's degree is from Colorado College with a major in Psychology. Vani and her partner, Justin, have a 7 year old Jack Russell Terrier named Honey B. Vani's hobbies include karaoke, tap dancing and Disneyworld.

Bethel Nathan

Bethel Nathan comes to CSU from Boston, MA with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and a Masters in Higher Education.  Bethel is the new Program Coordinator in Campus Activities where she oversees the box office and info desk.  Previously she worked in the Student Leadership Office at Wentworth Institute of Technology where she was responsible for advising organizations, ticket sales, coordinating leadership events, and supervising work study students.  Bethel goes by the nickname of “B” and enjoys biking, swimming, and anything outdoors.  Originally, she’s a southern gal who hails from Baton Rouge, LA. 

Stan Scott

Graduate Assistant working with the Arts program. Stan is a second year printmaking grad student, and went to Baylor for his undergraduate degree in Graphic Design w/ English minor. Stan oversees the Curfman Gallery, the Duhesa Art Lounge and the Student Art Lounge. At Baylor he worked for two years as a gallery assistant and has done everything from hanging art to putting up sheetrock. The connections within the local arts communities make it a very satisfying position and one that is constantly changing.

Gretchen Streiff

Graduate Assistant advising ASAP, the CSU programming board along with Mary and Kevin. She supervises the concerts and special events committees. She is a second year student in the Student Affairs in Higher Education Masters’ Program. Her undergraduate degree is in psychology with a minor in music from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. She is originally from the Cleveland area of Ohio.

Victoria Tenorio

Administrative Assistant 1 for Campus Activities. Victoria is a native of Fort Collins. She has worked in the Lory Student Center for 13 ½ years. She started as an employee in the LSC Bookstore and worked there for 6 years. She then spent time in Environment Services and filled in for Native American Student Services. Victoria then worked in the Event Planning Office for 6 years. She has been with Campus Activities for the last year. Victoria is responsible for making reservations for students and community members in the Flea Market. She also handles reservations for the Plaza Bazaar that take place the first week of the fall semester.
