Graphic Arts
GUIDE hires two Graphic Arts each year to handle the creation, editing and printing of advertisements, brochures, bulletin boards and many other projects.
The GUIDE graphic artists are available for RAs to utilize. The printing cost for flyers, however, must come from your hall's budget.
To get in touch with a graphic artist, email juliwill@rams.colostate.edu or scott.tilson2@hotmail.com. You may also visit the Palmer Center, room 116 during office hours or talk to your GUIDE liaison.

What are the Graphic Artists currently working on?
Graphic Artist Expectations:
- Submit the Graphic Design Request Form to Julie and Scott at least two weeks before you need the items printed.
- Be clear by including the exact the text you want printed. If you want a specific image or style, provide Graphic Artists with conceptual ideas, illustration suggestions, or photos.
- Put the name of the event in the subject line when emailing the request.
- Graphic Artists will reply to emails within 24 hours. Graphic Artists also expect requestors to reply back to all emails within 24 hours.
- Be honest with feedback.
- Check the GUIDE wiki page to see the current work load of the GUIDE Graphic Artists.
- Check the GUIDE wiki page after submitting your request to make sure that your request has been received.
