Aggie Village Family Apartments

Conveniently located near the academic center of campus at 500 W. Prospect, Aggie Village provides a home to approximately 300 families, including students, faculty, and staff. Our live-in staff, in conjunction with a diverse resident population, provides social, cultural, and educational programming including celebrations of cultural holidays from around the world.

Aggie Village’s six courtyards give the village a feeling of community and the design encourages children and adult neighbors to get to know one another. Aggie Village is also home to the University Children's Center which provides high quality child care for students, faculty, and staff of Colorado State University. Aggie Village's diverse population, active programming staff, convenient location, and feeling of community make it a great place to call home.
