University Apartment Rates
Our Rental Rates Include:
- Water, sewer, garbage, and recycling
- Electricity
- Heat
- High-speed Internet
- Local telephone service
- Cable TV
- Furniture
Leases
Academic Year Leases: Academic year leases can begin between June 1 and September 7, 2011 and run through May 31, 2012. This is the least expensive rental option for the University Apartments (see rates below). If you sign a lease after September 7, 2011, only the month-to-month option is available. Academic year leases may be renewed for an additional year during the spring 2012 renewal process. Residents must fill out a Notice of Intent to Vacate 30 days prior to moving out. The fee for breaking an academic year lease is $360.
