The Office of Conference Services offers four meeting packages to suit every planner's needs.
All Inclusive (PDF)
All Inclusive with Housing (PDF)
Highlights include: event coordination, full registration services and financial management, on or off campus, available year-round.
Room and Board (PDF)
Highlights include: residence hall and dining facilities coordination, meeting space reservation, on campus, available summer only.
Registration Only (PDF)
Highlights include: full registration services and financial management including on-site assistant, on or off campus, available year round. Check out our sample registration website.
CSU Youth (PDF)
Highlights include: residence hall and dining facilities coordination, limited to CSU affiliates, on campus, available summer only. 
Single Event Services (PDF)
Highlights include: event coordination, on-call assistance and financial management, on or off campus, available year-round.

Green Initiatives
All conferences at CSU incorporate University green initiatives and upgraded environmentally-friendly packages are available.
In September 2011, CSU achieved the highest score to date among 129 universities in the Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Reporting System (STARS) program.
Sustainability initiatives include green power, single stream recycling, and LEED certified buildings.
The Fort Collins Bike Library has teamed up with CSU to provide bikes at no charge to conferees.
