Student Employment

Colorado State University Dining Services success is due to the fact that many of our employees are also hall residents. Hall residents are given first consideration for available positions and shifts are tailored to individual class schedules.

The Department of Housing & Dining Services is the largest student employer on campus, employing well over 500 students each semester. We provide dining service positions in each of our Dining Centers.

Our student employees receive a competitive starting salary of $7.92 per hour and work approximately 15 hours a week. In addition they receive merit increases, valuable on-the-job training, and practical work experience. Additional benefits include convenient work locations right here on campus, work schedules that meet busy academic schedules, and advancement opportunities.
