- Returning students get first choice for rooms during the Residence Hall Room Selection Campaign, which typically kicks off at the beginning of the spring semester!
- Designated upperclass housing in Durward Hall floors 10-12 and designated spaces in Newsom Hall
- Get to know the campus and meet people in the social environment the halls provide
- Walking distance to class
- High Speed Internet included in room and board fee
- All utilities paid for including cable TV
- No dishes or cooking – eat in any one of the 6 dining centers
- Avoid the hassle and expense of moving off campus
- Academic environment –students who live on campus have higher GPAs than students who live off campus
