Transfer and Returning Students

  • Returning students get first choice for rooms during the Residence Hall Room Selection Campaign, which typically kicks off at the beginning of the spring semester!
  • Designated upperclass housing in Durward Hall floors 10-12 and designated spaces in Newsom Hall
  • Get to know the campus and meet people in the social environment the halls provide
  • Walking distance to class
  • High Speed Internet included in room and board fee
  • All utilities paid for including cable TV
  • No dishes or cooking – eat in any one of the 6 dining centers
  • Avoid the hassle and expense of moving off campus
  • Academic environment –students who live on campus have higher GPAs than students who live off campus
