Lofting Program
Furniture provided in each residence hall room (one per resident):
Mattress- Bed (height-adjustable and can be lofted based on availability of parts)
- Desk
- Chair
- Wardrobe
CSU-provided furniture cannot be removed from residence hall rooms. Fines will be issued for missing furniture during the check-out process.
To request a lofted bed:
Residents may have their beds lofted or unlofted at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters, depending on the availability of parts. Work orders placed the first two weeks of the semester will be completed for no charge for new students (the deadline is February 1, 2012 for spring semester). Subsequent requests or any work orders to loft or unloft beds after the two-week grace period will result in a $25 per student, per request fee. To place a work order, please visit your office manager. Work orders can only be placed after move-in through your office manager; they cannot be placed in advance.
