Operations Management is part of the Department of Housing & Dining Services and conducts all of the maintenance and environmental service aspects of residence halls and University apartments. The primary goal of Operations Management is to provide a “home-like,” clean, and safe living environment for residents and guests. The Housing & Dining Services physical plant is large and diverse with 13 residence halls, 6 dining facilities, 4 apartment communities with over 900 apartments, and several administrative facilities.
