The Office of International Programs is pleased to announce, Ruth Jakubauskas, as the 2009 recipient of the Max and Peggy Becker Lifetime Award. The seventh annual Becker Award recognizes an outstanding community volunteer (individual or couple), who has worked closely with the Office of International Programs, towards continuous international outreach efforts that promote education, peace, friendship and civility within the larger CSU and Fort Collins communities.
