Max and Peggy Becker Lifetime 2008 Award
- Honoring Jean Griswold
The Office of International Programs is pleased to announce, Jean Griswold, as the 2008 recipient of the Max and Peggy Becker Lifetime Award. The sixth annual Becker Award recognizes an outstanding community volunteer (individual or couple), who has worked closely with the Office of International Programs, towards continuous international outreach efforts that promote education, peace, friendship and civility within the larger CSU and Fort Collins communities.
The final recipients were part of a very impressive pool of outstanding community volunteers. International friendship and outreach efforts are vital contributions to the international campus and community life in Fort Collins. We appreciate all the nominations of those who have received recognition from campus staff and peers for outstanding volunteer involvements.
Congratulations once again to Jean Griswold, recipient of the 2008 Max and Peggy Becker Lifetime Award! The nomination essay, detailing the honoree's international volunteer involvement, can be found here.
