Global Village
Living Learning Community

Welcome to the GLOBAL VILLAGE!

Braiden Hall

Imagine a small village made up of students with different backgrounds and experiences who share a desire to explore and an interest in global awareness. Imagine a global village where the goal is to make a difference in the world.

Global Village Living Learning Community is a small group of peers with an international focus helping students to adjust to university life and expand their knowledge of international issues, cultures, languages and peoples.

International students, students with a high school International Baccalaureate degree, or students who have studied abroad may find Global Village an ideal place to help integrate into CSU.

Residents of Global Village will live on a co-ed floor in Braiden Hall (roommates and suite mates will be of the same sex.)

Check out senior political science major Belal Abdo's home away from home at Global Village in Braiden Hall. Belal gives a VIP tour of Global Village, introducing CSU students from all over the world.

A native of Yemen and a Fulbright Scholar, Belal is a former president of Global Community, a CSU student group committed to fostering awareness and understanding of world cultures.
