International Memoranda of Understanding
An International Memorandum of Understanding is a formal legal agreement between Colorado State University and a foreign institution. It established policy and procedures of mutual concern. An example of some things an IMOU facilitates is research between two organizations, faculty exchanges, and student exchanges.
To establish an IMOU you must work through the Office of International Programs, your college, and your department chair. An IMOU worksheet must be submitted to Martha Denney, Director of International Education. Please click here for IMOU Worksheet.
