Present: Allison Fox, Denise Jones, Tim Lybarger, Christie Mathews, Ron Pantier, Rick Pott, Pat Rastall, Jean West, Shannon Westermeier, Kathy Young
Proposed project list for FY 04’ – 05’ was reviewed by each area and was followed by a question and answer time. There were changes in some areas as far as priority and projects being deleted from list and added to others.

Denise questioned having overall guidelines about issues and overall plans for ADA improvements, discussion followed. The “new” hall is ADA accessible but not in the dining areas, Edwards, Ingersoll and Ellis will become important and need to be looked at.
Summer Conference dining will be moved to Newsom, this will free up some space in Edwards to make “late night” work.
Housing and Dining Services needs to look down the road when the “new” hall opens and other halls are taken off line. Will need to have reserves to run several years with loss of revenue due to lower occupancy potential.
