Discuss Project List:

Rick gave a brief update on current projects; also informed us that Shannon’s apartment in Edwards hall is done. Christie had questions on “retail space” for Corbett hall; this will be reviewed by Deon and ME, A wing is under administrative hold.

Christie gave update on plan to handle overflow of transfer students in University Village next year, could be single apartments or 2 bedrooms shared based on occupancy.

Each area was given the opportunity to review list and explain why projects were on this list. IPT FY-04 Project Prioritization List will be given to Director’s staff sometime in March.
