Approve Previous Minutes:

Minutes were given out to IPT members and approved.

Discuss Final Project List:

Reviewed IPT FY – 04 Enhancement Project Prioritization List (Small Projects) with each area representative, minor changes were made (see attachment). Looking at last years list, several projects are carried over to FY – 04. Comment was made that this was a nice representation of all areas. This list will be sent to Directors Staff and they will decide what goes on list as replacement or moveable equipment.
