Improvement Planning Team

Present: Carol Carroll, Allison Fox, Denise Jones, Tim Lybarger, Christie Mathews, Ron Pantier, Rick Pott, Pat Rastall, Jean West, Shannon Westermeier, Kathy Young

Mike Fischer was absent so Technology will present their list at the December meeting.

Shannon distributed handouts of Residence Life project list and explained each item; the list was student as well as staff generated. There were several items that were carried over from last year and Conference Services supports most projects on list due to summer conference usage. Due to # 6 enlarging the hall mailboxes, there was discussion about how forwarding mail is handled, during the academic year as well as in the summer, questions were asked as to why CSU staff does this and not the post office. Will check into and get back with information.

Allison distributed list of projects from Conference Services and explained each project. Corbett Hall Carpet Renovations was dropped form list; this should be under carpet replacement. Better bath towels for the suite halls # 5 was discussed, should this be placed on Conference Services budget or is it an Operations Management issue, discussion followed.
