Apartment Life will present list on December 5th, this is a learning process and takes time to go through it all.  Got a later start than in past years.

Pat handed out and went over project list for Pingree Park, management put list together and then followed through with Rick.  Several projects carried over from last year and new ones were added.  Top of list has to do with ways to conserve energy and save money.  Pingree is looking at a basic energy management audit and installing an Energy Management Electrical Demand Controller, we are now billed on demand and would like to get a better grip on cost.  Rick stated that Pingree would be a good site to look at for implementation of this process.  The addition of a dissolved oxygen meter and air compressor controller would monitor the wastewater treatment plant; this would be far more efficient and therefore be an energy saving system.  The number two project, is the challenge course climbing tower and giant swing.  This would put the Pingree course on a par with the new campus course.  The Neenan Company has already donated $2,500 and Sturgen Electric (Henderson, Colorado) has committed to transporting the 60 ft. long utility poles to Pingree.  Sturgeon will also drill and place the poles, all of which is a significant savings.   For the third year upgraded South Dorm furniture is on list.  Others project on list are a pole storage barn and the lodge and lab window enhancement.
