Park is Colorado State University's mountain campus. Located at
9,000 ft. in a beautiful mountain valley just north of Rocky Mountain
National Park, the property includes over 1300 acres and 76 buildings.
Since 1914, the primary mission of the campus has been to provide
a unique and outstanding natural resource base for instruction,
conferences and workshops, and research activities. In 1962, the
campus the area was designated formally a campus of the University
to indicate a fuller mission of instruction, institutes, and research.
Since 1974, the campus has been administered by Housing and Dining
Services with 4 million dollars of physical improvements adding
greater potential for maximum use of the campus to provide comfortable
and modern facilities for its customers. |
