Health Professions Loan Information
The HPL program provides low-interest (5 percent) loans to Colorado State University's College of Veterinary Medicine students with financial need to help pay their costs of veterinary medical education. The HPL is a campus-based loan funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
