The home-use pesticide database is intended to help homeowners choose the best product
for their particular pest management problem. Insect, mite, weed, plant disease,
vertebrate, and slug/snail control options are included in the database. It was
designed to be an easy to use interface to the most common pest control issues.
Product labels are linked to when they are available. Product specific links are
used when labels are not available.
The product listing was developed from site visits to home improvement centers,
garden centers and hardware stores in the Grand Junction CO area. Several other
products were added from manufacturers web sites.
Home use pesticide products are constantly changing. New products appear on the
market, existing products change names or formulations, and other products are pulled
from production. This site will be updated each spring when the current seasons
products are placed on the shelves.
