Admission to the UHP is highly competitive. What special qualities or experiences make you a strong candidate for admission and also will enrich the learning and social environment for the entering class for Fall 2010? (It is probably best to paste the essay from a "Word" document to the on-line application.)

15. Recommendation Form . A teacher who has been directly involved in your education must complete a recommendation form on your behalf. Please select one of the waiver options, sign the form, and give it to a teacher you have chosen to complete the recommendation. You should verify that your teacher has mailed or faxed the recommendation form, as applications cannot be reviewed until it is received.
