- USDA
The USDA's Small Business Innovation Research
Program is offering $16 million in grants. Grants will be awarded
to qualified small businesses for innovative research on important
problems facing American agriculture and/or rural America that could
lead to significant public benefit.
The USDA is also offering $33 million in
value-added grants. These grants are designed to encourage independent
producers of agricultural commodities to process their raw products
into marketable, value-added goods.
